Books that finally make sense.
Monthly bookkeeping and financial reports show you how the business is actually doing and set up a painless tax season.
You can’t steer a business by the bank balance. Organized, accurate books tell you what’s working, what’s leaking, and what the IRS will want to see. They turn tax season from an archaeology project into a formality.
T. Jameson Tax Solutions provides the bookkeeping support you need to stay on top of your finances: monthly reconciliation, reports that make sense, and a tax plan that updates as the year unfolds instead of surprising you in April.

Common questions
My books are a mess. How bad is cleanup?
Messy books are my most common starting point, not an embarrassment. We'll scope a one-time cleanup at a fixed price, get current, and then keep it current monthly. The relief is usually immediate.
Do I need bookkeeping if I already have tax prep?
They feed each other. Clean monthly books mean your return is faster, cheaper, and catches deductions that reconstructed-in-March records always miss. Bundled monthly clients get priority during filing season.
What software do you work with?
QuickBooks Online is the default, but the tool matters less than the discipline. If you're on something else that works, we'll keep it; if you're on a spreadsheet held together with hope, we'll migrate you gently.
What does it cost?
Monthly engagements start at the rate published on the pricing page, scaled to transaction volume and complexity. Pricing is fixed, quoted up front, and adjusted only when the business genuinely changes. Cleanup projects are quoted separately as a one-time fixed fee.
