What this policy covers
This policy covers information submitted through the public website for T. Jameson Tax Solutions. It does not replace any engagement letter, tax organizer, portal agreement, or privacy notice required for a signed client relationship.
Information we collect
The site may collect contact details, message content, service interest, scheduling information, checklist requests, anti-spam signals, and technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
Information is used to reply to inquiries, send requested checklist materials, schedule intro calls, protect forms from spam or abuse, maintain lead records, and operate the site.
Processors and service providers
The current draft processor list names Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Cal.com, Turnstile, and the client portal (Client Portal). Cloudflare may provide hosting, security, form infrastructure, Turnstile checks, and D1 lead storage. Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service) may deliver notification email. Cal.com may process scheduling details. The client portal may process client onboarding, document exchange, signatures, and client communications.
D1 lead data retention
Lead data stored in Cloudflare D1 is retained only as long as needed for follow-up, delivery reconciliation, operational records, legal obligations, and conflict or engagement review. TODO-CLIENT: confirm the final retention period before launch.
Tax documents and sensitive records
Please don't send tax documents by email or this form. Once we work together, you'll upload everything through the encrypted client portal.
