Engagements and pricing
No engagement begins until T. Jameson Tax Solutions and the client agree to written scope and terms. Final quotes depend on your documents and situation; complex returns (multi-state, K-1s, rentals) are quoted individually on the intro call.
Scheduling and communications
Website forms, checklist requests, intro-call scheduling, and email delivery may use Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Cal.com, Turnstile, and the client portal (Client Portal). These processors help operate the site, protect forms, deliver email, schedule calls, and support client communications.
Client portal and sensitive records
Please don't send tax documents by email or this form. Once we work together, you'll upload everything through the encrypted client portal. Portal access and portal activity may also be governed by separate portal terms.
D1 lead data retention
Lead data stored in Cloudflare D1 is retained only as long as needed for follow-up, delivery reconciliation, operational records, legal obligations, and conflict or engagement review. TODO-CLIENT: confirm the final retention period before launch.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not misuse the website, attempt to bypass security checks, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with the site, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law.
